ABAC Piston Air Compressors

ABAC piston air compressors are built for intermittent compressed air demand — from portable DIY units through to workshop and light industrial machines. The range covers 0.6 kW to 18.5 kW, with direct drive, belt drive, single-stage, two-stage, oil-lubricated, oil-free and engine-driven options.

Choose a piston compressor when you need reliable air for tools and processes that run in cycles rather than all day. For continuous 100% duty, a screw compressor is usually the better fit.

Direct drive
Simple, compact and efficient. Best for DIY, trades and lighter professional use. Popular Line and Pro Line models include Pole Position, Montecarlo, Start and Estoril, in oil-lubricated and oil-free versions, with tanks from about 6 L to 90 L.

Belt drive — Exceed and Pro Line
Smoother running and better suited to regular workshop use. Expert and Extensive single- and two-stage machines cover typical 2–5.5 hp duties. Larger Pro Line two-stage units (for example B6000 and B7000 on 270 L or 500 L receivers) supply higher flow for medium and large workshops, with options such as integrated dryers.

Petrol and diesel EngineAIR models for sites without a reliable mains supply — farms, construction and remote plant.
