Pressure Reducing Valves

A pressure reducing valve (PRV) is used to reduce the pressure of a fluid that is flowing through a pipeline or other system. The valve works by automatically adjusting its position to maintain a set pressure downstream of the valve.

PRVs are used in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, chemical processing, and water treatment. They are often used to protect equipment downstream of the valve from damage that could be caused by high pressure, as well as to regulate the flow of fluids through a system.
