This EMD 150A_230V is an electronic zero-loss condensate drain with alarm contacts is designed and built to the most exacting standards to provide long-term reliability and exceptionally low running costs. EMD is a modular drain with an easily accessible strainer that can be removed for cleaning while the drain remains installed. The low cost service module is also quickly and easily replaced.

The EMD***A version offers powered connection for a remote-sited alarm These drains can be installed either “vertically" (in normal use such as under an air receiver), or "horizontally” as illustrated right to simplify use with filters etc. It is recommended that in locations where significant debris is carried by the condensate, the preferred orientation is the more conventional 'vertical' option.
